A private transfer request starts with the actual journey: flight number, passenger count, luggage and the exact property entrance. You can request airport arrivals, departures and additional outings in the same inquiry.
For several flights, outline each arrival separately and decide whether the parties should travel together. A private driver during your stay is a different scope from a one-way airport transfer. Specify whether you need a defined return journey, a block of hours or several outings; vehicle availability and waiting arrangements need confirmation.
Coordinate the airport, vehicle and property handoffs
Ask for written meeting instructions, a contact method after landing and the policy for flight delays. Give the villa’s map pin and property contact so gate access and check-in can be coordinated. If you arrive before the home is available, agree a separate waiting or luggage plan with the manager.
A premium ground transfer does not itself include airport-controlled VIP assistance, lounge access or expedited immigration. If you want airport services too, check the official airport’s current offering and keep that booking distinct from the vehicle. For children or mobility needs, ask the transport provider to confirm the actual vehicle and equipment are suitable.
