A villa meal can be a quiet family dinner, a special occasion or part of a longer stay. Tell us which meals matter and how you would like them served. We coordinate chef and catering requests through independent providers, with the menu and actual service scope agreed before you confirm.

One dinner and several days of meal service need different arrangements. A single evening may require serving staff and a defined setup time, while recurring meals need a schedule, shopping process and clear working hours. If you are planning a gathering, describe the total guest count so the provider can assess whether catering is a better fit.

Match the menu to your villa and schedule

The property manager should approve outside kitchen access and confirm the available equipment. Establish when preparation can start, who receives deliveries and whether cleanup is included. Do not assume the villa’s existing housekeeping team will assist with the dinner or remain after its normal hours.

Share cuisine preferences, dislikes and children’s meal needs. Dietary restrictions and allergies require direct discussion with the proposed provider before booking; the initial form is not a complete suitability assessment. Coordinate the dinner with excursions and driver return times so preparation and service work around the group’s actual day.

How to compare a proposal

Ask for chef labor, ingredients, shopping, serving staff, drinks, rentals and cleanup to be identified. Some proposals bundle an agreed menu, while others separate ingredient costs. Confirm currency, substitutions, final guest-count deadline and cancellation conditions before comparing totals.
