A private day on the water should fit the people joining and the rest of the stay. Tell us your group size, preferred date, interests and desired duration. We coordinate the request through our charter network, including the group’s specialist CanaCharter website when appropriate.
The actual vessel and boarding point matter more than a generic luxury label. A proposal needs to identify what is available for your date and explain the route, capacity, crew and included services. An inquiry does not reserve a boat or guarantee a particular island stop.
Choose a suitable boat and connect the shore logistics
Ask the operator about shaded seating, toilets, boarding access, passenger limits and equipment relevant to your group. Give children’s ages and any mobility requirements so suitability can be assessed. Photographs of a boat do not replace confirmation that it is the vessel proposed for the booking.
Check the marina or boarding pin before arranging transport. ‘Punta Cana’ may describe the market served rather than the departure address. Agree the outbound pickup, return timing and contact process if conditions change. The operator or captain controls safe operation; weather alternatives and payment treatment should be understood before confirmation.
What to include in your request
- Preferred date and alternative if possible
- All passengers, including children
- Desired duration and interests
- Vessel facilities and suitability needs
- Confirmed boarding point and transfers
- Weather, cancellation and substitution terms
How to compare a proposal
Compare vessel, route, duration, crew, fuel assumptions, food, drinks, equipment, transfers and any separate fees. Ask about substitution, late arrival, cancellation and rescheduling. A lower total may reflect a different boarding location or shorter time aboard, so compare equivalent scopes.
Questions before you arrange it
Can you guarantee a specific yacht?
No vessel is guaranteed by a website inquiry. The operator must confirm the actual boat, date, inclusions and terms before the arrangement is booked.
Is transfer to the marina included?
Only if the proposal includes it. Ask for the boarding location and clarify whether transport is bundled or arranged separately.
Can we add a photographer or celebration?
You can request it, subject to the operator’s permission, vessel suitability and separate supplier availability. Confirm setup, equipment and scope.
Bring your arrangements together
Include the details that belong to the same stay in one inquiry. Each provider and scope is confirmed individually.
