PART OF A&M CARIBBEAN GROUP
One trusted contact for your Punta Cana stay.
Cana Concierge brings requests for private transport, villa support and experiences into one conversation. Our purpose is to coordinate the details across a stay through an existing Caribbean business and supplier network.
What Cana Concierge does
A traveler might need airport pickups for several flights, a private boat day, dinner at the villa and additional housekeeping. Those services come with different dates, providers and requirements. Cana Concierge helps organize the request so the parts can be considered together, while each arrangement retains its actual scope and terms.
We serve villa guests, families, private groups, travel advisors and personal or executive assistants. You do not need a celebrity itinerary to value one point of contact. The useful starting point is your accommodation, dates and the details that would make the stay easier.
How we fit into the group
Our group’s specialist websites focus on particular services: Cana.Tours for tours and experiences, CanaCharter for boat and yacht inquiries, CanaKeys for accommodation-related services, and PuntaParty for celebrations. PUJAirportTransfer and PUJRide specialize in transport.
For a standalone booking, a specialist site may be the simplest route. Cana Concierge has a different purpose: bringing several service requests together across the same stay. We do not copy a tour catalogue or create a separate booking engine for every supplier.
What to expect from an arrangement
- Tell us about the stay, what is already booked and which details still need help.
- Select all the relevant services in one request.
- Suitable options are explored through the network, subject to provider availability and verification.
- Review the proposed provider, inclusions, costs, schedule and terms before confirming.
A request does not guarantee availability or create a booking. The actual provider, property permissions and suitability must be confirmed. We do not claim to employ our own chefs, nannies, drivers or security professionals. Particular requirements may need direct discussion with an appropriately qualified provider.
Planning information you can use
Our guides explain how to prepare a brief, compare proposals and connect service schedules. They distinguish general planning suggestions from official destination facts and supplier-controlled details. Sample itineraries are illustrative, and dates show content updates rather than a claim of personal inspection. Read our editorial standards for sourcing and drafting practices.
Share only the details needed for the initial inquiry. Sensitive identity, payment, medical and security information should stay out of the public form. Until delivery is configured, the form clearly states that requests cannot yet be sent.
Bring your arrangements together
Include the details that belong to the same stay in one inquiry. Each provider and scope is confirmed individually.
