Frequently asked questions
Can I arrange a transfer before arriving in the Dominican Republic?
Yes. Choose your airport website or contact us with your flight and accommodation details before you travel. Request a written proposal and pickup instructions; sending an enquiry does not itself confirm a booking.
Are all Dominican airports the same arrival point?
No. PUJ, SDQ, AZS, LRM, STI, POP and CBJ are different airports. La Isabela is JBQ and Barahona is BRX. Use your flight's airport code: a different airport can mean a substantially different road journey.
Does a transfer include VIP airport assistance?
Ground transport and assistance inside the airport are separate services unless expressly included in your written proposal. Ask about each service, your luggage, waiting time and any additional stops.
