A private format may allow preferences to be discussed, but it does not make every route, stop or activity possible. The operator must confirm access, duration, suitability and availability. We do not duplicate a specialist booking catalogue or promise an unverified custom itinerary.

Build the day around your group’s pace

Describe the participants, children’s ages, desired activity level and any mobility requirements. Ask about the actual transport, walking or boarding involved, toilet access and the time needed away from the villa. A short description of an attraction may not convey the full day’s logistics.

Coordinate the outing with meals, childcare and driver arrangements. Leave room for a late return or weather change rather than attaching several fixed bookings immediately afterward. If a guide, language or particular stop matters, put it in the request and obtain confirmation rather than assuming it is part of the standard format.
