Photography can document a family stay, a private celebration or a day out. Tell us the occasion, preferred style, location and whether you want still images, video or both. We coordinate requests through independent providers; no in-house photographer or guaranteed portfolio match is implied.
A short family session and coverage of an event require different planning. The provider should confirm the duration, number of people, equipment and output. If you have a preferred visual style, describe it and review the proposed provider’s actual work before deciding.
Agree permissions and the final deliverables
Ask the property, venue or boat operator whether the session and equipment are permitted. Access to a villa does not automatically authorize photography elsewhere. If aerial footage is requested, the provider must verify applicable permissions and operating requirements; drone availability or authorization is not promised by this website.
Coordinate the session with meals, transport and the group’s schedule. For children, allow a realistic window rather than attaching a photo session to a rushed departure. Discuss consent and intended image use with participants and the provider. Confirm any restrictions on portfolio publication rather than assuming private booking automatically prevents all further use.

How to compare a proposal
Compare coverage time, photographer or videographer, editing, image or video deliverables, delivery method, turnaround, usage rights and extra charges. Ask how weather changes, late arrival, overtime and cancellation are handled. A session price does not tell you how many edited files or which rights you receive.
Questions before you arrange it
Can we add photography to a yacht day?
You can request it. The operator must permit the photographer and equipment, and the provider must confirm availability and the practical scope aboard the vessel.
Are edited photographs included?
Only as specified in the proposal. Confirm file count or selection process, editing, delivery timing and usage rights before booking.
Can we request that images remain private?
Yes. Discuss publication and portfolio-use restrictions with the provider and have the agreed terms recorded. Do not assume them without confirmation.
